As a child i've always had a fond heart for nature, it's life happening right before your eyes! 

So whats the best way to capture a moment in nature?! 

Some of these are from my phone and my Nikon. 

My grandma has a green thumb, and working at a floral shop as well has taught me how to have one too.(I've also designed some pretty cool arrangements. I'll post them later.)

But this particular rose bush was a gift from my grandma's mom, my great grandma. 

I used my Lens Baby on this one.

I love editorial type photography, I feel this could take

 me a long way. 

If i keep it up, but i know i will.

This ended up being a fun day, she was kind of upset because she thought we were gonna go to a different park where all the other photographers go but I personally don't like being where all the other traditional photographs are taken, I like to keep it fresh and always go and try out a different location.

If its a plant, why is it illegal?

So this past weekend N.O.R.M.L Houston joined the Global Marijuana March and I, being a pothead and an activist went to support the cause. 

Legalize it.

 Repeal Marijuana Prohibition in Texas HB 2165

Call or email your District Representative. 

So I told my brother about the march and he was up for it, I didn't think he would go but he did and we had a blast.

I took a few photos because something like this never happens in Houston.  

 Vote to end Marijuana prohibition!!

Where there are flowers, there is peace.

 

Nature is something we take for granted, no one pays attention to what Earth is doing for us and we treat it horribly!!

We're so stuck on useless info that doesn't really matter.

I personally like to smell the roses and appreciate what mother earth has to offer.

 Anywhere I go I try to bring my camera, especially if i'm going on a hike.

I love the brush of grass grazing against my skin, the warmth of the sun, the wind running through my hair, nothing beats that love.

 Here are some pictures I took to show the truth of life. It comes and goes.

I've been out and about.

    This past year has been rocky for me, putting my life aside for somethings to work has been scary because while doing that, all i ever thought about was "Did i mess up by doing that?" "Am i making a mistake by being here?" 
    But we choose to be where we are. No one is forcing us to stay, we simply just choose to. And all awhile doing this you realize that what you've been doing was not the best. So you try to change it by putting a wall up for you to climb over, it can be scary because once thing change it can all be for the better or for the worse. 
    This is my new blog and i'm going to try my hardest to maintain this blog. I need to make a difference in my life and my career and being on here is a step to the right direction.
